Hey Guys
Was reading the first few pages of my Training log last night and I can't believe how far I've come  !! I just wanted to say thanks for all the comments,support and encouragement you guys have given me....hell even Andy's nice sometimes 
Its great being part of the growing Crossfit Reading Family....long may the pain continue

There is a real sense of camaraderie at every session, all coming from a group of people with a real passion for what we are doing! And a coach who knows his stuff, cheers Andy. I know that I have come so far under your instruction.
