Then
Bear complex for max weight singles cycle - 90kg
Then
15 x bear complex @ 50kg - 4.40
Finished with clubbell half moons, kb and clubbell tyre strikes and an 800m row.
Deads and a met con tomorrow and then suicide sat on Saturday.

Then
max rep thrusters in 3 mins straight in to max rep 50m farmers walks 2 x 32kg 30 secs after 50m in 3 mins straight in to max rep 50m sprints with 1:3 work:rest ration in 3 mins

4.10.11 - Bold Test. 2k row with Death by burpee. Idea is to see if you can finish the row before being caught by dbb. Sucked ass big time
5.10.11 AM Push Press single to 105kg, PM 10 wall ball & 10 swings @ 32kg for 10 minutes
7.10.11 AM Deadlifts to 215kg, PM Bear Complex for max weight single cycle - 100kg then 50 x 130kg deadlift - 3.52
