Hi Paul, Extra 2kgs extra = 5% 15 reps , 10 rounds 2x15x10 = 300kgs of extra lifting just a thought

Cheers Thong - that's a much more positive way of looking at it!!!
And would also explain why I'm aching so much today....
How was the holiday? Looks like you did more training than I usually manage in a normal week!!!

Hi mate
Actually giving it more thought:
Very quick and crude as distance and time all stay constant but the rounds and load is variable:
42kgs x 10 rounds = 420 40kgs x 12 rounds = 480
So your work capacity was lower this time round...but don't be sad, at least you train eh ;D

hey buddy.
40kg x 15 x 12 = 7300 metric tons 42kg x 15 x 10 = 6300 metric tons
Slightly less weight lifted in total but you will have been training in a slightly different zone. Reps may have been slightly lower which in turn will have worked strength endurence a little more. Keep the weight at 42kg next time and compare and then time after that drop down to 40kg. All things being equal I'm sure the rounds will be more than first time round.
