Hang Snatch at 35kg
5 rounds: AMRAP: deadlifts (60kg) (60 seconds) then box jumps (60 seconds)
5 rounds: Thrusters (30kg) (60 seconds) then 20 press ups
now that it's written down it looks so easy....definitely wasn't at the time!

i got lazy with the training log but Jules got on my case, so time to make a return to the forum!
8th November am:
Push Jerk: 5 sets of 5 reps: 50kg
WOD: AMRAP 15 minutes - 5 Thrusters, 7 Power Clean, 10 Sumo High Pulls at 30kg 6 completes - 5 sumo high pulls off 7 complete sets

Overhead Squats: 5 3 1 1 1 1 1 - got up to 45kg, ought to be 50kg next time
WOD:
300 Singles 30 KB Swings @ 16kg 25 Box Jumps 20 Pull Ups - about 70% of this were assisted tho!
3 rounds - 22 minutes I think

CFR 17th Push Jerk: 5 x 2 at around 90% - 55 60 65 70 70
WOD 1 minute bursts of: SDHP, Push Press, Box Jumps, Skipping, Ring Push Ups
