Turkish Get Up practise.
Think I need a lighter kettlebell. 15kg on my right arm is a struggle and just a no go on the left. Would a weight plate with tri grip be a useful substitute?

Can get the weight off the ground easily. But struggle to go from waist to shoulder. Any tips?

Wide Grip Pull Ups 2 x 4 (assisted)
Bleep Test: Made 5.4 without any real trouble. Could have been more comfortable though.

Another few weeks of not much.
Went out to do some pull ups, press ups and DU practice.
First Double Unders Landed!
Finally a break through with the skipping rope. Only managed single double Unders, but kept going into singles after each double so was pleased with that. Hopefully more to come soon!
