Did a little workout I did back on 22.3.8
21, 15, 9 90 kg DL, 50 kg BP
2.31.42 - PB takes 23 seconds off of last time.
This is supposed to be body weight dead and 50% bodyweight bench. I have lost a few pounds since last time but wanted to keep the same weight to compare times.
100 KTE's as a finisher
5 minute workout and I was done - sweet

At the TNT gym this morning. Wasn't meant to have a workout but started playing around on rings and KB's so ended up doing a mix of:
KB snatches 10/10 16kg Swings 10/10 C&P 10/10 Muscle Ups Burpees Single ring KTE's Full stack box jumps (waist height) Skipping Ring Pull Ups
Sporadic through all of these. No structure but continuous for 20 odd minutes. tunred out to be quite tough

Then
Death by burpees
on the first minute 1 burpee, 2nd minute 2 burpee, 3rd minute 3 burpee...................... and so on until you cannot fit all the burpees in to that minute.
15 rounds
Note - I should remember my bike is jump bike and not tailored for XC. My arse is killing me.
Asthma was kicking me before the burpees and wouldn't go away. I could have carried on I reckon for 2 possibly 3 more rounds but shortness of breath was too much. Always next time!

Was then going to do push jerks but Mr. motormouth was hogging the f*cking rack gibbering to his mate so got the urge to do Angie instead.

exactly 1 minute longer than last time. I put this down to the cleans beforehand as last time i did Angie I was fresh. First 25 pull ups were with a 10kg DB just to make it interesting and funny enough I shaved 1 minuet off of the pull ups. Sit ups got me this time.

Good work Andy, 100 kg clean is very impressive!
One question though adding weight to start off 100 pull ups- are you insane? ;D

Had a couple or rest days but got back to it tonight.
In the park for 3 little workouts.
workout 1 for time
200m run 15 sandbag power cleans - 30kg 50 sledgehammer strikes 200m run 20 sandbag power cleans - 30 kg 40 sledgehammer strikes 200m run 25 sandbag power cleans - 30kg 30 sledgehammer strikes
11.10 - was aiming for sub 12 so happy with that.
Workout 2 for time
100m farmers walk 2 x 30kg sandbag 50 push ups 100 tuck jumps
4.15
Workout 3 for time
10 burpee sandbag clean and shoulder - 30kg 10 sandbag half moons - 30kg 25 sit ups 8 burpee sandbag clean and shoulder - 30kg 8 sandbag half moons - 30kg 20 sit ups 6 burpee sandbag clean and shoulder - 30kg 6 sandbag half moons - 30kg 15 sit ups
7.48 - some footage to follow
Then got home and shifted 1 tonne gravel. Load wheel barrow, run 30m, offload, run back and repeat. 1 tonne to go tomorrow

After my aussie rules game at the weekend this is the first time i have been able to train. After putting my guys through Double Trouble www.youtube.com/watch?v=g8-tWzUXpFI last night I thought I would do it with a bit extra. So outside in the hidious heat for: 100 m bear crawl 8 GST burpees 16 wall ball 9kg 32 SDHP 16kg KB x 5 1 - 4.44 2 - 9.54 3 - 17.18 4 - 25.06 5 - 32.34 Finished with a 300m run, kb full snatches, kb cleans

Great effort - the annoying thing is looking at the vid......the bearcrawl looks bloody easy........and it "ain't"...not by a long way. [My legs and glutes (OMG my Glutes) are screaming today!!]
I will work on this - want to come back to this workout in a couple of months and give it another go!

the bear crawl is so not easy. That was the bit that took the most time for me. Reallglad i did it. Was ready to finish after 3 rounds and actually stood around for ages and then decided no f*ck it only 2 more rounds to go - just get it done.
