Ahhh Costco Hot dog, The force is stong in those things ... I'm off there tomorrow myself, best make sure one doesn't have the hunger before going there.

OMG............... felt I had to put some comment in here as you guys put all that hard work into your bodies and your eating Hot dogs from Costco.....................I'm shocked and dissappointed!! After all the hard work I wouldn't make my body deal with that...try the pizza instead Jules

I spoke with Mark from Crossfit Manchester on thr weekend, he was at the course. Mark weighs 62kg and is on 20 blocks and a gallon of milk a day. Mark is only doing strength work and oly lifts with no met cons so this is understandable.
I dropped from 24 to 17 to lose a bit of excess fat and shredded nicely. I have however started to look a little to lean for my liking and also wonder if the lack of calories could actually be a little detrimental to my strength gains and ability to recover. My training has increased to 6 times a week and so I will be trying this and see how it works out. If i start bloating then i'll drop it slightly and play around with it from there.

soya or tofu, beans & pulses like lentils. Fish depending on how STRICT a veggie you are. Steve would be the best person to ask as he is veggie
