Deadlift 3 x 45kg 3 x 60kg 3 x 70kg - probably could have done 75kg but didn't want to push it with my grip at the moment. Metcon 3 rounds of (should have been 5 but ran out of time, was 8.30am!) 7 x 25kg deadlift 5 x 25kg power clean 3 x 25kg push jerk Completed in 6:33 Ran out of time as I forgot how long it takes to set up the bar for deadlift's etc. Also had a 3 min break between each of the heavy deadlift sets.

Five rounds for time of: 15kg Thrusters, 21 reps 21 box jumps Completed in 24:02! knocked some time off from last time so am pleased.

Monday 20.07.09 For time: 25 Box jump, 24 inch box 25 Jumping pull-ups 25 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 26 steps 25 Knees to elbows 25 Push press, 45 pounds 25 Back extensions 25 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 25 Burpees 25 Double unders Completed in 43:26 and then threw up in the loo's Supposed to be 'Filthy Fifty' but reduced.

Will try to sweat it out tomorrow.

Well had a major chest infection for the last 2/3 weeks. Has really impacted on my training and my breathing. Given antibiotics my the doc and am definately coming out of the other side now. Went to the gym on Tuesday, nearly killed me as I am still struggling with my breathing but felt so good to be back! Rd1 Press Ups = 2 x Full, 8 Knees Pull down = 5 x 45Kg Deadlift = 10 x 30kg Push Press = 6 x 30kg Rd2 Press Ups = 4 x Full, 6 Knees Pull down = 6 x 45Kg Deadlift = 10 x 30kg Push Press = 5 x 30kg Rd3 Press Ups = 4 x Full, 6 Knees Pull down = 6 x 45Kg Deadlift = 10 x 30kg Push Press = 4 x 30kg Rd4 Press Ups = 2 x Full, 8 Knees Pull down = 5 x 45Kg Deadlift = 10 x 30kg Push Press = 4 x 30kg Rd5 Press Ups = 10 Knees Pull down = 4 x 45Kg Deadlift = 10 x 30kg Push Press = 3 x 30kg Bloody knackered and everything still aches. ;D

Metcon 4 rounds for time of 400m rowing 10 x 25kg push press
completed in 18:19, still hit my breathing hard, still haven't got rid of all of the chest infection yet, but a hell of a lot better than a week ago.

as many burpees in 10 minutes managed 69

Been a while but got back to the gym today and did some strength work to get me back into the swing of things. Did the following 3 sets of 5 reps of 20kg bench press 48kg Deadlift 40kg Pull Down 20Kg Squat 20kg shoulder press Tired but feel good. Have definately had a weight increase since the wedding but i am actually more determined to get it off and get stronger and fitter now.

Been a while since i put anything on here. Had swineflu just before xmas and it left me feeling really washed out. Still got a slight nagging cough but hoping the gym will knock it out of me along with giving up smoking!
Today - a minute rest between each set
5x5 48kg deadlift 5x5 20kg dumbell bench press 1x5 20kg back squat 2x5 45kg pull down 3x5 42.5kg pull down
Wasn't meant to do the back squat today but when i saw a man doing a 20kg back squat in the smith machine and not even going down to 90 degrees I couldn't resist ;D
Now aching in upper arms, mmmmmm
