i've got a full log on a uk supplement's forum board, i used theirs while i was doing more bodybuilding style stuff and like the site, the people there are helpful and knowledgable.

plus if other site dies for some reason i've now got a back up.
i'm 6'4" and around 202-204 pounds. foodwise i zone and do no grains, eat a lot of fruit for carbs and have minimum of 100g cheese a day, often upto 250g on a rest day. mmm cheeeese!
x large hardgainer 23 blocks with double fat as i feel i could do with a few more pounds at my height. playing with food at the moment, was 20block previously.
general diet is: breakfast smoothie:7.30-8 banana or grapes and strawberries with 250ml milk, 120g yogurt, 10g whey, blended with 33g pumpkin seeds and 50g cheese(5 blocks x2 fat)
11am 75g corned beef, orange, 60g grapes, 18g nuts (cashews/almonds) (3 blocks x2 fats)
2pm pwo 3 chicken drumsticks complete with skin, 3 bananas, 30g nuts (5 blocks x2 fats)
4.15ish 120g pre-cooked bacon joint, apple, 60g grapes/150g strawberries, 18g nuts (3 blocks x2 fats)
evening meal different every day but normally meat lots of veg and oils for cooking possible nuts on side. sometimes potatoes (5 blocks x2 fats)
snack~10pm 50g cheese, 12 g nuts (2 blocks x2 fats)
i moved carbs from pre-bed to pwo to maximise glycogen replenishment after workout.
i walk 2 miles to work and 2 miles from more often than not, weekends tend to be less exercise though. i CF mon + tues. rest weds. CF thurs, fri, sat. rest sun.
all running using a treadmill btw, not ideal but there you go
current records for info sake:
deadlifts 5rm 110kg 3rm 127.5kg 1rm 137.5kg working these once a week atm using CFSB plan
squat: no squat racks at my gym so limited to amount i can get over my head...presently
front squat 3rm67.5kgs
shoulder press 1rm 60kg

fran with 40kg thrusters 12:50
5k 24:56 only done this once though and that was a while ago.
i don't normally keep track of wod names so that'll do for now.
