So almost a month later and barely any imrovement, bar a few sets of press ups and sit ups here and there. Was all set to get going this week but then mysteriously did my back in. still, plans for the home gym are all done so that will be up within a few weeks. Then I just need to invest in a few more plates, and olympic rings and I will literally have no excuse.
