Thanks buddy, your support means a lot. I'm meant to be coming on Saturday to help judging, providing I can move.

hey Chris (everyone else too), Buddy please look up adrenal fatigue syndrome, 1 such link here www.adrenalfatigue.org/about-adrenal-fatigue/what-is-adrenal-fatigue.html . It may have something to do with it. I can assure you your situation was brought on by too many met cons and like you say trying to get times down on benchmarks. One thing you would have noticed with the CFR programming is the distinct lack of regular occurrences of the girls. I went through the exact same thging following main site wod religiously for 3 months and NOT getting enough fuel in while on the zone. I crashed HARD one day at home and pretty much went through burn out for 6-9 months. Got sick and then kept trying to train when i THOUGHT i was right again. Ended up with what the doc thought post viral fatigue syndrome a mild form of ME. Look that up to. Rest mate! Do not do anything for time! Keep reps of anything below 5 and the intensity below 60% even then. Do movements with little skill requirement i.e. just pick up some heavy shit and walk with it. Don't try cleans, snatches, complexes, heavy back squats or heavy deadlifts. The effects on the CNS are greater with these movements. Try static holds, carries, pushing or pulling but remember to keep intensity to below 60%. try not to get to out of breath or push it to hard. This is a time to build strength again and maintain. Hope any of this info helps buddy. Oh and try get 1 or 2 20 minute power naps in to your day. Will do the world of good.

Thanks for the info Coach, some useful stuff there for sure. In fact, the only exercise I'm doing is walking the dog, so I'm f*cking good at that right now.
