Have been holding off doing this for some time but decided to start a log of what I eat and when.
I am on 17 blocks with 2 x fats.

Breakfast 8 a.m.
30g porridge with water 2 blocks carbs 10g desicated coconut 4 blocks fat 1 nectarine 2 block carbs 4 eggs - 4 blocks protein 2 tspn of peanut butter - 4 block fat

11.30 2 block snack
2 eggs - 2 blocks p 1 slice soy & linseed bread & 1 tomato - 2 blocks c 1 1/3 tspn of grapeseed oil - 4 blocks f
14.30 4 block lunch
4 oz chicken breast - 4 blocks p 1 1/4 cup broccholi 1 block c 1 cup green beans 1 block c few mange taut 1 1/3 tspn grapeseed oil - 4 blocks f 1 necatrine 2 blocks c 2 tspn peanut butter 4 blocks f
17.00 2 block snack
2 tspn peanut butter 4 blocks f 1 apple 2 blocks c 2 eggs 2 blocks p
20.30 3 block dinner
3 oz chicken - 3 blocks p 2 wraps - about 3-4 blocks c grapeseed oil for chicken - 8 blocks f

better now people. not sure what it was, i think some dodgy eggs from superstore.
Anyway that and the fact that my pc was hidiously infected meant i was off line. Diet has been abit up and down the last week especially after being ill - took a while to get back in to it.
