Hi Gareth,
I have the first one that Andy has listed. It's max is 140kg, which at the time I thought was plenty...it still is, but I sort of wish I went for one with a higher load...I mean if you wanted to do heavy rack pulls then you could go quite heavy.
It fits in my garage (8.5ft aprox to ceiling) It does the job and is good value at that price (I paid £199 over a year a go). I wouldn't do some of my 'heavy' squats unless I had the cage...or bench press and there have been occassions where it has save me having to dump the weight.
Also, you can do chin ups on it....but you have to weight it down with some plates if you plan to kip as the whole d**n thing moves.
Oh and delivery is quite a bit as well.
This was the 2nd big thing I brought after my bumpers, and is the piece of kit I really love and couldn't do without...those as said I'd probably go for more heavey duty if I had more money at the time.

Cheers guys,
I've reclaimed my garage as my new gym so I'm lifting in there. Im not lifting big but I'm progressing pretty quickly and i need to get some more plates.
Ideally I would like a cage as I can do pull ups in it but I’ve got a sloping roof so I've got to work out whether I'll be able to get my head clear.
If not I'll get that press rack it looks good and I'll buy a pull up bar separately.
