Oh and on a positive note I am now in a size 16 and have lost 2.5lbs over the last 3 weeks. Have been in a size 18 for a while and it was really starting to get me down so am a very happy girl today. ;D

wednesday 14/05/09 front squat 20kg 3 sets of 3 checked form on dips, pull ups and deadlifts with eddie. mini metcon amrap in 5 minutes of 10 sit ups 5 push ups (from knees) 5 rounds in 4:48 finished off with a 32 second plank. thanks for all the comments, want to head to reading soon to join you guys for a session

Thursday 14.05.09 No work out due to finishing work late and dance class - rubbish!
Friday 15.05.09 Crossfit warm up 5 rounds for time of 3 x 15kg thruster 5 x 15kg power cleans 7 x 15 kg sumo high pull deadlifts
Completed in 8:19 - next time will definately be putting the weight up to 20kg.
Followed by 5 x 10 sit ups 39 second plank
Rest day tomorrow then off to Brighton on Sunday until Friday. I will mostly be doing metcon on the beach - will be an interesting week if nothing else ;D

Great consistent work there....and good results too..... It is simple really, put the work back into workout and get results......brilliant effort..... Thrusters are a great exercise but Burpees.....man o man they were my nemesis when I started this journey....getting strangely addicted to them now though [Gold Standard of course ] Anyhoooo, must fly....keep going and enjoy the journey Have a great one

Been away in Brighton and got stinking cold while I was ther. Felt awful all last week so gave the training a miss.
Back to the grind this week though
Monday 01/06/09 Crossfit warm up followed by: 5 rounds of 2 x 60kg pull downs 4 x 45kg pull downs 7 x 25kg pull downs
31 second plank
Tuesday 02/06/09 5k run completed in 32:03
