As many rounds in 20 minutes of 5 push ups 10 x 8kg dumbbell swings 15 squats
Completed 7 rounds in 20:32
Monday 08/06/09
5 rounds for time of 30 x sit ups 25 x back extensions
completed in 16:28
Not too bad good to get back to the gym. Still don't feel a 100% and not eating as much as I need to but a definate improvement from the last 2 weeks.

Lost another 2lbs
Did some other workouts last week but forgot to log them and can't remember where i put my bits of paper - doh!
Monday 15/06/09 Worked out in local park. 400m sprint (roughly) 50 squats 400m sprint as many push ups as possible
Managed 3 rounds of this doing the following in push ups 15, 18, 13.
Tuesday 16/06/09 4 rounds for time of: 30 walking lunges 30 box jumps 20 x 40kg pull downs completed in 21:56
phew - rest day tomorrow then hitting the gym Thursday, friday and sunday!

Thursday 18.06.09 Row 250 meters 15 press ups row 250 metres 10 press ups row 500 metres 5 press ups Completed in 10:03 and 5 x 45kg pull downs 39 sec plank
Friday - sun couldn't get to the gym
Monday 22.06.09 500 row 15 press ups Twice 15 x 25kg Thrusters 15 x 45kg pull downs twice - completed in 17:18
Tuesday 23.06.09 Rest day
Wednesday 24.06.09 3 rounds of: Run 600 meters 35 Back Extensions 35 Sit-ups Completed in 25.32 last time Completed in 28:43.
Thursday 25.06.09 3 x 20kg Thrusters 5 x 20kg powercleans 7 x 20kg sumo high pull deadlift completed in 10:05 last time did this with 15kg and completed in 8:19 so not too bad an increase on time.
Tomorrow is my hen do at Alton Towers so will be hitting the gym either sunday or monday.

off work today to catch up with sleep and house work after the hen weekend so headed to local park to work out - bad idea!
29.06.09 400m run 50 squats 400m run 20 press ups
Had to stop due to heat and had drunk all of my water. Will be working out at gym tomorrow, thank god for air con!

Workouts Tuesday 30.06.09 - Rest Day
Wednesday 01.07.09 5 rounds of: 10 press ups 15 dumbell swings 20 sit ups 25 squats 3 minute rest between rounds, each round for time, completed in: Rd1: 2:56 Rd2: 3:12 Rd3: 3:37 Rd4: 3:57 Rd5: 4:23
Thursday 02.07.09 As many rounds in 20 minutes of 5 push ups 10 x 8kg dumbbell swings 15 squats
Completed 9 rounds in 19:53 - could probably have done more but was getting so hot even in gym. Last time: 7 rounds in 20:32 so a definate improvement. ;D

Friday 03.07.09 Five rounds for time of: 15kg Thrusters, 21 reps 21 box jumps Completed in 26:38 not pleased but this really hit my breathing and took me a long time to do each round of box jumps. Hopefully I can improve on this, may try it again in a couple of weeks to see what i can get it down to .

Monday 06.07.09 Up at 7am , hit the gym for 7.30 and did the following: Row 250 meters 15 press ups row 500 metres 10 press ups row 1000 metres 5 press ups Completed in 10:13, last time I did this which wasn't long ago I did 750m less rowing and completed in 10:03. So massive improvement from that comparison!

oh well never mind, bit of hard work never hurt anyone (aargh ;D)
Tuesday 14.07.09 4 rounds of: 400m run 35 squats completed in 23.58 - my joints very achy this morning and had to take it quite slowly. ankles and hips aching as well as my wrists. Think I may have a cold bug which is why I feel so run down etc
