We welcomed Alice to class this evening.
Started with squats again. Up until now we have been working single reps. Tonight we grouped multiple reps for a large number of sets. Working on pulling ourselves into the squat.
Then all of the children worked through progressions for kettlebell deadlifts and swings. All with 8kg. I was really impressed with this tonight. Great technique and over the next few weeks this will improve even more.
We finished by introducing a little more intensity to the session. Nothing to technical just a little triplet of exercises.

4 lengths hall 10 sit ups 10 squats
AMRAP 10 minutes.
The effort was outstanding form all the children. A real feeling of drive to get as many as possible. it always amazes me how children just don't seem to tire.
Plenty of rosey cheeks at the end!
