Started with deadlift technique work. Getting the "get set" position and back angle correct. Really impressed with progress in this session.
Then worked on bear crawl technique.
Conditioning
KB Swings Push ups Squats Bear Crawl
30 secs on each station. Twice through, 3 minutes rest then twice through again.
I was really im pressed with the committment on this section. Kids could quite easily have stopped but they dug deep and carried through.
Finished with crab walk tag.
