Started with Walking Lunges technique work. Explaining the correct angle between knee and thigh.
Then some pull up work. Definate improvement over the last few weeks.
Finished with a small assault course.
1 burpee 1 length over box. Use jump and roll drill we worked on a few weeks a go. back to start and go again.
