Started with Squats. 3 x 5 reps @ 85% of 1 rep max. If unsure of 1 rep max then work up to 5 rep max.
Then
400m run (20 lengths) 20 deadlifts 80/50kg 30 swings 16kg 40 push ups
3 rounds for time
