Julie - 16.54 Matthew - 21.07 - First 2 rounds 10 x deads then 5's

Its weird - on weds I said to my partner I should do more skipping and then, thurs, skipping! I like those ropes too, much better than mine

Andy does have a some kind of psychic ability.. I've thought to myself i should do more running - next CFR session was as many lengths as possible in 20 minutes. I thought to myself i need to do more pressing - next CFR session the metcon had pressing in it..
happens all the time...

Maybe you should think, "I really need to improve my cups of tea for time" I'll try: 4 minute sitting down 10 x biscuit dunk AMRAP in 15mins on monday. Can't see it working for some reason though...
