Because of Mister C's email tonight, thought I would start keeping a log here - been meaning to do some kind of log to compare my past timings! I workout at a gym as well as the BOX because of the odd times I can work out, but do CrossFit training there and need new WOD ideas because I'm not at the BOX when I want to be! Any WOD ideas would be very helpful please! (but will just look at everyone else's training as well!)
also - don't know all the CrossFit "terms" very well, but learning!!!
Yesterday:
Warm-up: Skip Rope: 30 seconds fast, 10 second rest x 6
WOD: (for time) 1km run (treadmill) 100 press-ups 1km run 100 sit-ups 1km run 100 squats 1km run 100 12kg kettlebell swings
42 minutes

Sunday: 8k run alongside Tommy on his bike - but stopping half way for a play at the playground! He is getting faster on that bike - which is pretty good news for me, I guess!! :^)

WHOOHOO!!!!
Was very, very short of time today, sooooooo . . . . .
did a WOD that Andy had posted back on the 8th of Feb. Back then, my timing was 27.52, and TODAY I got it to 23:43!!!!! Gettin' fitter!!! Whoohoo - on a high now!!!! :^)
5 American swings @ 16/12kg, 10 push ups, 15 squats - 10 rounds, 1 min rest, 1k run, 1 min rest, 50 American swings @ 16/12kg, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups and 50 squats. For overall time - ANDY: 21.52 ME: 27:52 - Feb 8th ME: 23:43 - TODAY!

Wicked CrossBox session last night!!! - And was happy to finally get quite a few "real" (knees off the floor) push-ups during the push-up tabita at the end!! Thanks Jules! x
