It was lovely. Gutted we only did the two rounds 30 March 2011Crossfit ReadingGames WOD (week 2): 15 minute AMRAP 9 deadlifts @ 70kg 12 push ups (hands off at the bottom) 15 24" box jumps 7 complete rounds, plus a bit of sick in the back of the throat

3 April 2011Training Day 2 4 April 2011HomeBack on SS but dropped back on the weight by a couple of weeks as I'd been off it for a month. Squats 3x5 @ 85kg Bench 3x5 @ 75kg (plus a first 1RM test at 92.5kg - bodyweight) Deadlift - left this after yesterday's session on deadlifts/prowler Chin-ups 3xf 9, 6, 5 (now timing 90s rest to keep it accurate)

Cleans 1RM 82.5kg (This was a PB - up a "staggering" 2.5kg... Calf was cramping up again, which made the deep cleans a PITA. 82.5 was done as a power clean.)
Cleans 3x2 @ 75kg
Push press 2 rep sequential @ 65kg, 70kg, 72.5kg, 75kg and 77.5kg

Front squat 1RM 90kg, failed 3 times on 100kg (need to make sure I don't rock onto the toes) Power cleans 1RM 80kg, failed 1 time on 90kg (previous PB 82.5kg on 5 April 2011)

markt - you're welcome to it mate Just remember, it's only 55 of each! 18 April 2011Crossfit ReadingHang power cleans 6x2 progressions, then 1RM. Got to 85kg on the 1RM (PB +2.5kg), then failed on 90kg. Don't think it's far off. WOD 800m run, 80 double unders 600m run, 60 double unders 400m run, 40 double unders 200m run, 20 double unders 19:59. This was pretty crappy. Need to work on my running. If you don't see Tabata running in this log over the coming weeks, have words...

Will do! Tried that thruster ladder just now, hideous! Try tabata hill sprints on a treadmill. Horrible! ;D
