Crossbox Session with Jules,
lots of bixing as well as a mini Cindy thrown in for good measure, managed 6 rounds in 10 mins,
Pull ups is the next thing I need to work on.

Tuesday 12th April - Crossbox with Jules,
Warm up = 2 rounds of
800m Run 15X overhead squat 15x Sit up 15x pull up - Scaled this to 10 15x press up
Session consited of
10 x Jab cross 10 x L & R Hook 10 x Upper cut 10 x press up AMRAP 3 mins = 7 rounds
10 x Jab cross 10 x L & R Hook 10 x Upper cut 10 x Mountain Climbers AMRAP 3 mins = 8 rounds
1 round of 2 mins per station of 16kg KB - Squats - Burpess - Tyre flip and jump through, then flip from other side etc,
followed by 2 min rounds of boxing with 800m run and more boxing followed by plank for as long as possible,
Thinks that was everything,
Jules loved the new varitation tonight mate. another great session!!!

Wednesday 13th April Morning session with Jules!
Managed a new PB of 75kg push press - Happy days
WOD
10 x OHS 40kg
5 x rounds of
6 x T2B 10 x Push Ups 6 x KB swings
time = 10.29
there was another 10 OHS at the end but at this point my arms were shot.
