Not the greatest 2 weeks for me training wise, work has been mental and has meant lots and lots of traveling, just about managed to get 2 boxing sessions in this week and only 1 last week. hopefuly get back on track ASAP.

Monday 20th June
Due to being in Glasgow with work i was able to train at Clancrossfit
15 min AMRAP 5 push jerk 50kg 10 Games press ups 15 leg levers
7 Rounds and got the thrusters and 7 pushups
was nice to train at a different box and meet some new ppl
