Warm up: 3x 100 skips and 15 burpees
5x5 deadlifts: 1x 70 kg, 3x 80 kg, 1x 90 kg.
Kipping practice.
WoD: 15, 12, 9, 6, 3x 70kg deadlifts, toes to bars and box jumps. Don't actually remember the time haha it was around 10 minutes anyway. Great WoD, although the skin on my hands is now feeling it!
Edit: lower back the next day is feeling the deadlifts haha

16/11/11 Warm up: 3x 100 skips, 20 walking lunges, 10 press ups, 10 squats 6x4 hang cleans, 40 kg. Focussed on technique rather than weight. WoD: 7 mins AMRAP 10x wall balls, box jumps and 12 kg KB swings. 1 min rest 7 mins AMRAP 10x 30 kg snatch and 10 press ups. Score: 4 and 3.5 Great workout

25/11/11 9 days since last workout! Good rest Did CrossBox today with a killer WoD: 3x 50 walking lunges, 20 box jumps and 10 burpees. 12:21. Legs = jelly. See how I feel tomorrow for an early Snatch and Clean sesh.

30/11/11 Warm-up: 3x 30 skips, 10 squats and 10 press ups Snatch: 5x2 40 kg. Awful technique due to lack of practice! Most ridiculous WoD ever. 30 reps each of: 1. burpees 2. chest to bar pull ups 3. DUs 4. ring dips (this is the one that got me) 5. Dus 6. toes to bar 7. DUs 8. chest to floor press ups 9. DUs 10. sumo high pull 11. burpees 20:52 - not bad given the circumstances I feel
