7.5.13 Snatch 4X3 65,65,65,70,70,70,75,75,75 (f),80(missed all 3) Hurt my shoulder on the first lift at 70 and and it niggled me for the rest of the session.....80 were all close, caught the 2nd but just lost balance in the bottom Snatch Deadlift 3X5 - 85,95,105 Push Press 3X5 - 70,80,90 (f final rep) Good session - enjoyed snatching again.

9.5.13 Front Squat 2X3 @133 (failed 3rd Rep on both sets) Push Jerk Ran out of time a little bit - worked up to 80 for 4 WOD 5 X hang Snatch@60 4 X OHS@60 10 HRPU's 10 T2B 9.30 ish Good WOD - disappointed not to go unbroken - will redo it at the weekend and do it without stopping Really feeling my shoulder doing the snatches and press ups....might rest, might not, probably won't

Cheers Jules....shoulder did hurt after today but who cares!! ;D 10.5.13 Back Squat 2X2 @157.5 WOD 5 Rounds of 10 Burpee over the Box Jumps 30 DU's 15 Wall Balls 11:09 Good WOD a bit chaotic sharing boxes and wall balls but good fun

After a small injury lay off I completed a few sessions over the weekend - highlight was getting 135kg front squat after it had squashed me into the ground a couple of times a week before. 20.5.13 Back Squat 2X3@145 2X Squat Clean EMOM for 8 mins @100 WOD 10 Burpees onto a plate 15 GTOH@20 Plate 30 DU's 6.26.....did it on my own Good session
