New Years resolution to keep a training log for the year, see how I get on!
My crossfit training will have to fit around my football commitments until the end of the season, and I have the London Marathon coming up in April too. So prgress maybe slow until then.
3.1.2012
Deadlift 6 x 3 140 160 165 170 175 177.5 Felt good so went for 180 but only got 1 and felt my form going so bailed out!
Fran (with dead hang pull ups) 10:35
Never done Fran before and really wanted to go quicker but found it tough especially after the 300 workout at the box the day before....but guess you have to start somewhere!

Double Unders were fine, more or less unbroken. Pull Ups still need alot of work, I need to get better! Good session, I'm lovin the box at the moment ;D

Thanks mate.....it was a good week to star the year off. 7.1.2012 Football am - My U15's lost 0-2 to Aylesbury pm - We lost 1-3 Not a good day plus have bruised on of my fingers and aggravated a injury on my ankle! 8.12.2012 Day off Feeling ok after football but finger and ankle are painful Off to watch London Irish vs Sale Sharks.....come on the Irish!!

9.1.2012 HSPU Tekkers - overcame the psychological barrier of getting up into the handstand position! Cleans 6 X 5 40, 50, 60, 70, 75, 80 (needed 2 attempts at the 5th Rep) WOD Pull Ups / Burpee's 20,18,16,14,12,10,8,6,4,2 Time 23.07 Quite enjoyed it, the Burpee's obviously hurt but the Pull ups felt better despite sore hands from a couple of tears last week.

A tough workout! Never done Turkish Get Ups before and if anything found them a little easier as I went on. Happy with the Overhead Squats they're definitely improving....I'd love to be able to do my bodyweight by the end of the year.

hope you enjoyed it Jules! Ankle getting better I'm on quite strong antibiotics so hopefully I'll be back to full fitness soon
