Cheers guys n gals!.....never tried for a 1 Rep Max so looking foward to it 2.2.2012 Split Jerk 6 X 2 70,75,80,85,90,90 (felt a bit slow) WOD 5 Rounds 10 Deadlifts (100kg) 10 Bar Facing Burpees 10 Press Ups Didn't time just went as fast as possible! 3.2.2012 100 Pull Ups (Dead Hang) 100 Bar Dips Approx 30mins 4.2.2012 Football cancelled Front Squat - worked up to 100 X 2 Back Squat - worked up to 110 X 2 WOD - 5 Rounds 500m Row 20 Burpees 20 Burpees 50 DU's A funny few days training...a lot going on a work so my mind hasn't been fully focused Signed up for the Crossfit Games Open 2012.... Treated myself to a Sunday morning CFR session, its the first time I've been at the weekend ;D
Snatch Tekkers - worked up to a PB 65kg and felt good...70kg is in my sights
Butterfly Pull Up Tekkers - Getting better beginning to link them together more consistently

6.2.2012 Thruster 1 REP MAX = 85kg (90 Fail)
WOD 'Karen' 150 Wall Balls = 9.47
Pull Up Ladder (Min 1 = 2 Pull Ups...+2 Pull Ups each min) 12 Pull Ups + 10
First time I really done heavy thrusters and found them tough. Not generating enough power out of the bottom of the squat
Karen = Sore Legs, pleased to duck under 10 mins though Pull Ups = Laboured!

Ha! yeah but I bet you beat on Chelsea today, I was pathetic! 8.2.2012 OHS 1 Rep Max Worked up to 85kg which is a 15kg PB!! felt good too considering my legs still felt a bit sore at the start. WOD - Chelsea (On the minute every minute) for up to 30mins then AMRAP 5 PU's 10 Press Ups 11 Squats (I did KB Swings for half to save my legs) 2 Rounds (16 AMRAP) Really pleased with the OHS really want to get to 100kg next But really annoyed with the WOD. I hate not being able to do something!!!
