Cycled to work 4.5 miles ... and back home later 4.5 miles

24/06/13 0600 5 x 3 position Snatch .. could not snatch for sh*t this morning .. just stayed at 25kg and triend to be consist but shoulder and hand could not hold the friggin bar in receive position 5x3 Back Squats with 3 sec pause @ 47.5kg Wod 1 7 min AMRAP 7 Power cleans @ 40kg 30 Split jumps 3 rounds 27 reps Wod 2 3 x 400m sprints (huh!!) roughly 135 with 60 sec rest inbetween ... legs are jelly! Cycle to work Resting now until friday off to docs re hand today
