What a great circuit!!
Good run too, 30 lengths of 100 ft garden, that's approx 3000 ft which by my reckoning is........ 1 into 3.3.......square of 3323........times 2.25......... is a bloody good run!!
Have a great one

Hey Jules
You could try this
20 Lengths 20 DB swings 20 SDHP 20 Tuck jumps 20 Sit ups x 3 or 5
or
there's a challenge on FCUK where you do 1 Burpee in the 1st minute, 2 in the 2nd etc etc. until you can go no more....

If you have access to a stop watch you could try Tabata intervals (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes work) so in a workout do 1 Tabata rest 1 minute then another so using 4 exercises you would have a pretty tough 20 min workout.
Example
Sprints DB swings Squats Sit ups
Good Luck!

hey jules,
Tabatas are good for endurance and stamina. You have come on leaps and bounds with your push ups so maybe you could incorporate these in to the session as well.

Well I couldn't get to Cross Fit Session last night so I done 'julie'at home!! which is; 20 Push-ups 20 staircase runs (yep really!) 20 Burpees 20 sit-ups x5 Time......17minutes and 30 secs. But I was still wanting to do some weights so popped over to the gym and done 15 reps x2 on everything. I'm going to invest in a stopwatch for the Tabatas.

OUtstanding
A recommendation for you as well, look at getting a gymboss.
This is a timer that can have different time settings, perfect to tabata, does it for you, has an alarm or vibrating alarm so you can just set and go!!!!
Timings can be sent for any interval, it is the size of a pager so no dramas there in taking it to the gym /park/garden.
I purchased mine from ebay, £12.50 including postage.
It has helped my workouts tremendously.
Have a great one

Got to second what Steve said - a Gymboss is a great inexpensive investment. If you're prepared to wait, you can save money by ordering it direct from the USA at www.gymboss.com Takes a couple of weeks to arrive, but it's cheaper what with the exchange rate. Also, if you buy one direct from Gymboss, say nice things about them on a forum such as this one and then send the link to the guy that runs Gymboss, he'll send you a free T-shirt. Always nice

Thanks alot for the advice guys,am going to look into that tonight. I've been away for a few days but I still managed a little workout around the pool before everyone got up(which was fantastic and took the guilt of the fact I'd drank too much alchol the night before!!) 8-)Looking forward to Wednesdays Cross Fit though.
