28/08/09 08.00 Prospect Park 4 k run (very nice) really dissappointed as could have carried on but knee wont let me 100 Squats 100 sit-ups What a way to start the day ;D

Kipping practice. This is a focal point at present and we are working on these as much as possible. Julie continues to get better technique and is finding them a little easier ;D Workout50 sit ups 50 tuck jumps 50 sit ups 50 walking lunges 50 sit ups 50 burpees 50 sit ups Julie 12.50 Finished with 2 teams. Each person does the following. Relay 1 1 length bear crawl, sprint back Relay 2 1 length bear crawl, sprint back Relay 3 2 length sprint Relay 4 2 length sprint Relay 5 1 length run backwards, sprint back Relay 6 Broad jumps half length sprint rest and back Relay 7 2 length sprint, everyone has to go 3 times. Good one,can't wait to master that kipping technique(very addictive!!)

04/10/08 Warm up
Workout 1 Tyre and Kettlebells
In pairs, 30 sledgehammer strikes & 30 KB Swings. Both working at same time. You can only move on to other exercises once partner has finished reps.
3 rounds for time
Niki & Julie - 6.41 16kg KB
Workout 2 Carry & Squat
In pairs, 10 lengths sandbag carry & squats. Both working at same time. Partner 2 squats for as long as it takes partner 1 to complete the 10 lengths.
2 rounds for time Emma & Julie - 9.36 20kg sandbag
Workout 3 lift & push
In pairs, 15 deadlifts & 15 push ups. Both working at same time. You can only move on to other exercises once partner has finished reps.
5 rounds for time Julie & Kat - 5.55 36kg deadlift
Very impressive session. Emma stepped up to the 16kg KB, all push ups were without knees on the floor and the deadlifts were an increased weight for this kind of workout.
Not feeling to hot this morning (self inflictive im afraid) so was pleased with the times!! ;D

Warm Up 2 lengths hall 1 length walking lunges 10 push ups 10 squats x3 Kipping practice - getting better all the time. still can only manage 2 which is really frustrating WOD 20 pull ups 30 push ups 40 sit ups 50 squats x5 Julie - 25.08 Jumping Pull Ups Great work out the push ups kill me!! but hey hoo ;D Praise from the master aswell!!

08/10/08 Warmup 2 lengths of the gym, running 1 length of the gym lunges 10 Pushups 10 Squats x3 Kipping Practice (managed 2 again ;D) GHD Situps Skill training session Workout: 8 lengths of the Hall [Alternate lengths jump over the vaulting box] 8 Burpees x10 For time Julie 15.44 Finshed with some box jumps. Really good session,christ going over that box brought back some memories!!

Cheers,I find all this stuff very addictive ;D 09/10/08 Footie practise so rather than freeze my .....off ................... I ran ... Theale playing fields next to the golf course 5x with 100 squats for good measure 24 mins Not sure of the distance but i reckon about 1000m each round

11/10/08 Oh yes Andy be worried be very very worried!!!! ;D 7am run this morning 4 x calcot playing fields 200 squats(Red hotpants eek!) Could have carried on no probs but a bit pushed for time today. Didn't time it as it was just about the running

What a good session,loved it,Kipping is slowley getting there and the squat cleans felt really good ;D
