Recently i was chatting to one of the founders of Excel Labs, a sports nutrition company based in Oxford, he works at the gym where i go to and was interested in the training i did after seeing me in a pool of sweat and dying on the gym floor. We started chatting about Crossfit, Gym Jones etc and he sort of led the conversation onto Beta Alanine. I thought here we go hard sell but he just mentioned the effects it might have on my training. I was impressed with what he was telling me so went away and looked it up. Bottom line is went back to him and he's sorted me out with some Whey and some BA.
Today i'm starting it and i'll be interested to see any effects it has, be that positive or negative? Any one have any experience? Mr C you're the nutrition expert!
