Shoulder felt very stiff the last couple of days. So had Saturday off, and swam Sunday.
Been laying heavy patio slabs today, so thats my training for the day

6/05/08 Burpee Mania! 5 Burpees 10 Press Ups 5 Burpees 10 Press Ups 10 Burpees 10 Press ups 10 Burpees 10 Press Ups 15 Burpees 10 Press Ups 20 Burpees 10 Press Ups Then back down again to 5 Burpees! Absolute agony, my arms were so fried that I really struggled with this. Time of 21:11, so definitely something to improve on. 7/05/08 Carry, Run, Press Run 400 metres carrying 30kg Sandbag Run 400 Metres Clean and Press SB x 10 X3 Carried the SB on my shoulder for the run, alternating about halfway round. This is also a killer. Forgot to take my stopwatch though, so no time 8/05/08 Run 10k 52:54 New PB Very, very hot this evening!

26/05/08 Met with Andy from Crossfit Reading, Mister C and Schwinners at a gym in Reading for the "Filthy Fifty" 50 box jumps (24") 50 jumping pullups 50 KB swings @ 16kg 50 walking lunges 50 knees-to-elbows 50 push-press @ 20kg (sandbag rather than bar) 50 back extensions 50 wall ball @9kg 50 burpees 50 double-unders
Time of 33:12. Chuffed to bits with this as I was aiming for sub 35 minutes. Absolutely brutal workout, killer! I started with Burpees and then went through the exercises from there.

Very warm, really struggled! Very annoyed to go over 20 minutes. Also need to put some serious work in on pull ups and dips!
