Jules standing in for 'The Boss'........love it Warm up 3 minutes padwork doing cominations Then into pairs for 3 stations one minute on each excersise 1st Station KB SDHP boys on 20k girls on 16k Jumping Squats 2nd station Burpees Tuck Jumps 3rd Station Skipping Mountain Climbers 6 Minutes of padwork Continous Lengths of Bear Crawl Walking Lunges Travelling Burpees Sprints Padwork Then into 2 Teams for some games(always good for a laugh) Relays using Sprints KB's and Bear crawls of course!! ;D Great session guys
