After christmas i'll have some weights and some rings and i was planning on actually structuring my sessions. I've read the bit about it on the CF journal but its left me abit confused. I was just wandering what people had found worked for them, to follow the mainsite, funckey or make up your own? Allot of people seem to do a lift then a metcon in each of their sessions, is that the way to go? Just thought i'd try some advice from the experts

Depends what you want bud. As I unfortunately can only provide 4 sessions a week I try to make use of the whole hour PLUS i think strength work needs to be an integral part of any program. It's just a personal preference but with out strength everything else suffers. That's why I predominantly program a lift plus met con.
Main site is sufficient for most. You are a beast when it comes to met cons and personally, I think you would benefit from some strength work in YOUR program. Main site will do that as will FK probably even more so with FK plus they have a lot of assistance drills for rings and handstands etc. Might be fun to play around with that.
If you are looking to increase strength, add strength work to your program with short, high intensity met cons to keep you conditioned. If you are just looking for GPP then main site will do fine for you. There is something quite nice about just waking up looking at the site and not having to plan anyting yourself. IF ytou do do main site then maybe follow 1 or 2 cycles behind so you can plan equipment etc for the wods.
