Its so awesome to see people get involved with CrossFit and really take a closer look at their personal health and make the decision to keep their body fit and healthy. We have a gym in our town of Chico Ca called North Rim CrossFit and they are great to hit up when your looking for a team feel work out. I saw that you guys were talking about snatches and wanted to give you guys a link to a page that explains how snatches can help you in CrossFit training and how they can be done so you don't get hurt. Its www.northrimcrossfit.com/blog/news/don-t-snatch-like-that. Keep up the CrossFit spirit! Its always a good feeling to know your doing something healthy for your body.
