Sorry for the long absense just had so much going on.
Anyway
Started with Yoke simulation. 2 lengths walk with barbell on shoulders.
1 x bw 2 x 1.5 x BW
Then
5 thrusters 40/30 10 burpees 10 swings
continue and reduce the swings by 1 rep each round.
