Deadlift: 140 kg Squat: 85 kg Clean: 55 kg
Mon 4th:
AMRAP in 10 mins
6 Cleans (40kg) 12 Chin Ups 72 Single Skips
- 2 complete sets, half way through skipping set in the 3rd

1 rep max: 45 kg (ran out of time...next time ought to have at least 50kg in the bag)
