Hi all,
Question for Chris,
I have been taking fish oil tablets for the best part of 3 months now, I was taking the 1000mg and taking about 10 every morning. I have more recently found some triple strength of the same make and take 5 of those every Morning.
Old 1000MG = (EPA) 180mg & (DHA) 120mg New 1000MG = (EPA) 330mg & (DHA) 220mg
My question is: should I be taking smaller amounts throughout the day or as I am at the moment all at once in the morning?

Best to spread them out throughout the day mate, gives you a better chance of absorbing them.

ok mate will do,
how many would you suggest I take in the course of a day? and are they best taken before or after eating?

I would take them with your meals - combining them with other nutrients should again help increase absorbance. To give you the correct dose, I need to know a couple of things: 1 - your bodyweight 2 - your typical diet You can always email me about this too mate, chapmancmc@hotmail.com
