Weightlifting/ring/pullup straps

Hey all,

Thong mentioned something about gymnastics straps being better for CrossFit activities than regular weightlifting gloves. Are we talking about this kind of thing, with the dowels and velcro/buckles, or something else?

Although I know the usual online shops like Amazon and a few fitness ones (Wiggle, Powerhouse, etc), I'm at a bit of a loss for CrossFit-type equipment. Any recommendations, please?

Hey, I don't really use them but I think that is what Thong is talking about. I'm sure Thong mentioned though, usually if your hands are tearing it means your are doing it wrong.. might be best to work on correct technique rather than hide the problem.. obviously that takes time though...

I used to do this.. you can get this stuff from gooutdoors or cotswolds.. it's climbers tape. Also good for covering any tears while they are healing.
