1. Row 5 Cals, 5 Squats...add 5 reps each round 2. 5 Ring Push Ups, 5 Box Jumps....add 5 reps each round 3. 1 GTOH (50kg), 1 Burpee.......add 1 rep each round 4. 1 Pull Up, 1 T2B......add 1 rep each round
1. 25cal 2. 20 Ring Push Ups, 8 Box Jumps 3. 6 Rounds and 2 GTOH 4. 7 Pull Ups and 3 T2B

10 mins, AMRAP: 30 Snatch @35kg 30 Snatch @62.5kg 30 Snatch @75kg AMRAP @90kg
60 Reps - didn't have time to attempt 75kg. But happy with that 60kg was my 1RM so 62.5kg is now my 30RM! Amazing what a bit of competition and support can do. Great night at the Box the place is buzzing at the moment. ;D
