23/07/08 'Tabata This' 20 sec work 10sec rest with a few minutes between each set. Sit-ups SDHP PUll-ups (jumping) Push-ups Squats Really hard work especially the push ups. But great, really enjoyed the sweat

KB Throws 12 kilo L 3.57 R4.29 Circuits x1 Sit ups Sledgehammer Strikes 20 kilo Squats Power Cleans Push ups 39 42 56 22 42 = 201 Circuit 2 Sledgehammer KB Swings (16 K) Push press Z Squats Tuck Jumps 41 43 34 33 59 Then we done 'Jeremy' 21 15 9 On Squats with the pipe and Burpees.......ouch! Plus 30 Burpees for not wearing the right atire....... (Very Mean Andy!!)

28/07/08 Garage workout Row 500m 10DB Trusts 10 Burpees 20 Sit-ups x 4 for time; 16 mins 20secs Great little work out really made me sweat but probaly lost some time messing around with the footings on the rowing machine!

I too am very jelous that you have a rower, it's on my shopping list as on of the next things I wold like, not sure where in the garage it would go though.

4 lengths 10 push ups 10 squats 5 burpees
Then practised thrusters with 27 kg

Time 10.48
5 mins warm down
lengths,burpees,kb swings,squat thrusts
A really great session I really enjoyed it and pleased with my times. ;D

5/08/08 In France so took advantage of the hills/scenery and done a run,I thought it was at least 5/6 k but to my schook it wa only 4!!! But forgot to take into account those hills Time 25 mins 12 secs 06/08/08 Another run trying to go for that 5k run............again shocking hills killer on the legs but done another 4k in a worse time managed to sprint last 200m and totally f**k my back up!! Come back kettle bells and sand bags all is forgiven!! ;D

Good session tonight although only 3 of us.
warm up
sprints squats burpees push ups
We did techniques with DSHP
Then a circuit with slam ball KB swings push ups thrusts(17k) DSHP.
1 min on each station then pad work in between.Love it! ;D

16/08/08 Yes back for more punishment and still sore from wednesdays crossfit! ;D warm up............can't remember (still a bit dodgy from the few drinks last night) Practised our techniques for Thrusters using the bar then adding weights(22.5k) SDHP Technique work on KB Clean & Jerk and Snatches then 7 thrusters 21kg 7 KB C&J R (8)k 7 KBC&J L (8)k 7 KB snatch R 7 KB snatch L x5 Time...9.21 Killer!!! Got loads of lovely brusies.........cheers Andy

The some strength work on Shoulder Press. Working to 3 and 5 rep max.
5rm - 22kg
Then
Press x 3 Push Press x 3 Squat x 3 Thruster x 3
with 17kg
Pad work
Then a circuit of Kb swings, ball slams, push press and push ups
Pad work
Really enjoyed this ;D

27/08/08 Prospect Gym Started off with some pistol practice and then straight in to Angie 100 Pull Ups 100 Push Ups 100 Sit Ups 100 Squats For Time 14.11 jumping pull ups and assisted push ups chest to floor Then sandbag clean and sprint - 20 kg. Then sandbag shoulder cleans - 20kg Great session

30/08/08 warm up Strength - Deadlifts. 5 sets working up to 5 rep max Julie 47, 37, 39.5, 42, 44.5 kg technique work - Power cleans Workout 7 power cleans 7 press 7 thrusters 7 rounds as fast as possible Julie - 11.04 17kg bar Cannot beleive I did it! Very difficult especially the last 7 press's.Couldn't actually move arms until today ....love it
