06/09/08 Last Saturday Session Warm up Power cleans working to 5 rep max Julie 27kg Then Swinging Angie 100kb swings 16kg 100 push ups 100 sit ups 100 squats julie 12.40 Really pleased I did KB swings and Sit-ups without stopping Will miss the 'hangover'session!!

08/09/08 New /old Venue Theale ;D Warm up Hanstand practice, working on active shoulder and strength.# Then 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest 8 times on the following stations. Wall ball 9/7kg Lengths of the hall (20m) Press 25/15kg Jumping Pull Ups Burpees Total reps from each of the stations. Small rest while moving stations. Julie 86, 32, 50, 92, 45 Total 305 . Great session.Really getting the hang of that press/rack stuff!! Love it.

10/09/08 Technique work - Deadlifts Workout 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest x 8 on each of the following. Deadlifts 41/22kg lengths (20m) KTE's Med ball thrusters 9/7kg Single unders total reps from each of the 8 rounds Julie 86 33 102 101 259 = 581 Have got loads better on those knee to chin pull ups Great work out.last of the week with the guys mmmhad better do a home job on friday!

14/09/08 A beautiful Autumn morning so get the trainers on and head out (with Trollop of course) for a good 6k run stopping for 2 rounds of 50 squats for good measure! Time 34 mins(not bad but plenty of room for improvement) ;D

Hey Jules - how are the wrists and legs after today's session? This blog shows that you were up at 4am - is that right or is there something funny going on with the clocks?? I'm glad to have done tonights session and looking forward to Friday. Have had my one glass of wine but wouldn't mind another.... Must be time for bed though... Katia x

16/09/08 Theale Green Sports Hall Practised tecnique with Squats and Thrusters workout 18 burpees 10 lenghths (100)jumps with skipping rope 25 KB swings 15 squat/thrusts (17.5k) x3 in Teams of 3 Had to stop as I got to 3rd round Time ?? No idea

Yep definately something with wrong with the clock here. I used to think that everyone was ultrahardcore training and writing blogs at all crazy hours of the day, until I posted my blodg and it came up with a time that I was sleeping!

yeah not sure what's happening. I have tried endless times to get it GMT. Have just changed it again so hopefully this will be better. Seems to be 1 hour behind now.

22/09/08 Crossfit Warm Up Ring work - working on transition (nice burn marks) Workout 20 lengths 50 squats 20 lengths 50 push ups 20 lengths 50 box jumps 20 lengths 50 jumping pull ups 20 lengths Time 18.14 Absolute killer and was closest I ever been to throwing up but great work out............hate box jumps!!!!!!!!

''Firstly need to highlight some achievements from tonights session We worked on the kipping pull up and a few of the guys got their first and from there a few sets. Dan C on his first time of asking got his kipping pull up and then grouped a couple. Julie nailed her first and then a couple. Big step for Julie as she has been after pull ups for a while. Jules, I was also really pleased that you got your first kip. People who spend alot more time focusing on this can take a lot longer to get it. Really pleased for you and we will work more on these over the coming weeks.
Watching the vid of last night, your technique is much better. Hip extension then shoulder and elbows. Things are clicking all the time for you and I will be introducing some more elements to your traning. Well done girl!
