yeah they were. The box jumps in the workout were 24" and then we added the rest of the mats. Didn't measure it but it was around 3 foot just over

hhmmm, not sure what just happened. Went to the field to play on my rings and after a few decided to go for 30 for time.
5 - 1.12 15 - 5.32 - lots of failures in this section due to me trying to rush it. 20 - 9.55 from 16 onwards something clicked, hence the reduction in time between MU's 25 - 12.12 30 - 13.49
Like I say from 16 onwards it clicked.
Not the best time but I'm stoked as this is only my fifth time on the rings so can only get faster.
Got some footage which i'll post later.

Holy Sh*t it's June already.
No chance to train today. Instead I took a sledgehammer to 35 sq ft of concrete in the back garden. I reckon about 1000 swings. Also some crazy object deadlifts. Will show a picture of one of the pieces. Couldn't lift it so had to roll it across garden.

wasn't sure about training today. Quack gave me some funky pain killers for my leg and I was feeling a bit out of it this afternoon. Decided to go and glad i did.
Just went for some strength work.
Shoulder press

Haven't felt great all day today but have had lots of discussions about the clean & jerk over the last couple of days so decided to go for a little clean session.
Full Squat Cleans
40kg x 5 x 2 60kg x 3 60kg x 5 70kg x 1 70kg x 1 70kg x 1 60kg x 1 + 2 jerks 60kg x 1 + 2 jerks
Then some snatch balance work,
Felt brave so finished with

5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats
AMRAP in 20 minutes
21 rounds beats previous score by 4 rounds
Note - Fitness First, 3 rounds in I was thinking this can't be right I'm not gonna finish 10 rounds. Heat starts to build to a level i have not felt for a while. TOP OFF at round 5. About round 15 I started to get light headed. Can only imagine peoples thoughts of a dude with his top off stumbling around the gym fighting for breath screaming at himself to keep going you tw*t. I was chuckling to myself as i left the gym.

Sash my daughter helped empty my car today. She decided to lift some of my sandbags and so i had to get it on camera. She actually suitcase deadlifted 40kg which works out at 200%bw and with good form too. www.youtube.com/watch?v=BzFB6JyGM-g
