13.6.8
100m sprint 100m med ball clean & throw 7kg 30 ring dips 30 ring pull ups 30 sledgehammer strikes
x2
Stop watch didn't start properly but about 20 min.
Finished with some ringpull and twists from ground 30 per side.
Note - have had few issues with asthma attacks last few days so was just glad to get this done. Not fast by any means but not to worry.
Vid to follow.

Nice vid mate - not seen those twist things before - they look harsh. And don't think we didn't notice that slip halfway through the sprint Bummer about the asthma mate, didn't realise you had that. Drink lots of tea - good for relaxing the airways.

ha ha, i recovered well don't you think.
Asthma is usually not a problem. Just when hayfever season is in it gets bad.

Nice vid mate, barely noticed the slip, thought it was just a faster way of turning!!!!
Those twists look pretty brutal, i'll include them next time i have the ring s out.

not really a session yesterday but got some handstand practice in www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sw3YYvOkEeUWill be working on these a bit more. Also. an idea came to me yesterday. So meany people have said to me "oh haven't got time to train" or "haven't got any kit" so, i will now be making it my duty to bring to people "how to train with what you have" will basically involve using unusual bits of kit, things i find lying around but also show people that if they are creative then they can use any situation to get a workout. A bit of fun but also has a serious note for the people that always make excuses. First installment to come shortly.

17.6.8 To carry on the odd object and situation stuff I had to clear the back garden of the concrete i broke up last week. So before clearing I grabbed a lump i reckon was 40/50 kg and did some squats, deadlifts, cleans and OHS and OH lunges. Then for time, load wheelbarrow full off concrete, 30m run with barrow, unload in to skip and run back. 35sq ft, 8inch deep whatever that workout - 26.02. some fottage to follow shortly.

18.6.8
In order to bring my times down and symeltaniously work on strength I have decided to increase the weight on some of the benchmark workouts. Grace, Fran, Randy etc. Not sure for how long, will judge it as I go. Will then revert back to rxd and see how i go.
Sterted today with overwieght oversized Fran.
2 x 12kg KB in each hand = 48kg 5/6 inch crossbar for pull ups
8.15
Notes - this asthma is starting to get on my t*ts. Can't shift and my lungs were bleeding after this. I am going to try work through it and see if I can shift it that way.
Have been wanting to do this for days but ly film making got in the way.
