12/03/09 Unscheduled rest day. 13/03/09 AM. 5k run, 25:18 :angry: PM ICT3, Deck of Cards Red - Burpees Black - Press Ups Took me 33:28. Bloody hell, how long!! The burpees sucked my energy and my will to live. Started off concerned with time, then just hoped that I would actually finish! Hideous! Soundtrack: Discharge - Decontrol 14/03/09 To make up for yesterdays poor show: "Grace" 6okg BB 30 clean and jerk for time. 7:55, new PB by about 2 minutes Soundtrack: Ghost Dog - Original Soundtrack

Crossfit Reading Started off with squat cleans, 5x3. Worked up to 3 @ 65kg. Then did 1 @ 70kg. Then the met con: 50 KB swings (16kg KB) 50 Sit Ups 50 Burpees 50 Walking Lunges 50 Box Jumps 50 Lengths of the hall 50 KB Swings (16kg KB) 21:54
Good to be back after a forced hiatus.

Been ill again, Doctor's are still in the dark. So I'm just going to crack on.
27/03/09 21-15-9 Box Jumps KB Swings (24kg KB) SDLHP (35kg BB) 8:28. Dissapointed with this time, thought I could do it a lot quicker. Just goes to show how quickly fitness drops off. Oh well, best get on with it!

Hey Mark Long time no see!! Sorry to hear you been ill,nothing serious i hope! Shoulder has been causing me untold greif this week and i've actually not been crossfit which has bl*ody killed me,but its feeling good today so am hoping to go boxing tonight and really give it some!! 28/03/09 5 rounds for time 6 Thrusters (43kg bb) 12 KB Swings (24kg KB) 18 Press Ups 12:23. I hate thrusters, they are hideous!

Then: 30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, ten rounds of Jumping Pull Ups Burpees Bent-over row @ 40kg Wall ball Brutal!

7/04/09 Tabata. 20 seconds work 10 seconds rest, 8 intervals for the following exercises: Press Ups, Squats, Med Ball Slams (10kg ball), Sprint Skipping. Then 100 sit ups for time. 3:06
