What weight did you use for the snatches? That's a good time with any kind of weight.

might just have to give the hellrunner a go, looks tough! the snatches for the Isabell WOD were done at 40kg

Worked on my deadlifting and got myself doing 130kg comfortably, a weight i havent hit for a while so hopefully i might be able to match my 140kg pb again soon

make it down on saturdays every now and then, should do more often as the danger with doing the early morning sessions is that i feel like im running on empty sometimes...exactly how i felt midway through this morning's WoD!

4 rounds for time. 19mins....doing double unders one at a time isnt good for the time! proper frustrated double unders not coming on, but past two nights spent a lot of time on them and started to string a lot more together. so hopefully i've turned a corner?!
