Spent the past week doing mini sessions at home in between CFR, trying to work on double unders....absolute peaks and troughs. clocked a record of 33 DU's unbroken on saturday, but since then struggling to get 3 together so still plenty of work to go on those!

5 x 3 Deadlift - 80 90 100 110 120....annoyed I didn't push the weight up a little quicker, and ran out of time. ought to have 130+ okay

Amrap 20mins: 6 rounds, and up to 6 double unders. weak
double unders set me back so much, strung nothing together. hit a wall with them so need to go back to basics and keep practicing...i will get them!
