Thanks guys im really enjoying everything CFR at the mo.
I think im going to struggle big time with the MU's although based on my performance this morning I think I might have trouble with the 55KG OHS as well.
still its all things I can improve on and maybe be more of a contender in next years games!

As predicted I could not get the OHS really disapointed with myself, was able to rack and get the weight in the air with no trouble, but couldnt come back up on the squat.

Hey Mark, Shame I missed you on saturday mate. me and the wife had to split our training to look after the kids., so I did the Games WoD on Sunday, let me know when you are down again!!
Games WoD Sunday 24th
20 minute AMRAP 5 power cleans @ 65kg 10 toes to bar 15 wall balls 10kg / 10' target
4 Rounds 5PC 10T2B and 11 Wallball.
everyone had said the Wallball was the killer, but for me it was the T2B I wasted so much time trying to get them.
I quite enjoyed this WoD, not looking forward to 11.6 though!
