Wednesday 4th May,
Crossfit with Paulo
started with warm up followed by Clean & Jerk practice, managed a new PB of 80kg, I felt I could have gone heavier but ran out of time
then I had my first taste of Fight gone bad,
im absolutely ruined.
I think my total reps per round were,
107, 93, 89, 80, 108
Hardest WoD to date..

Nice one tonight! It was a b*tch. Just checked my photo of the board after and it looks like your score was 107, 98, 80, 89, 108... so you actually got 5 more than above

sounds like an awesome session on Wednesday mate, your smashing your overhead PB's at the moment! good scores on the fight gone bad as well - that mean double unders are getting better?

Nah my double unders are still pretty bad, I manage to get 1 or 2 at a time then have to reset, I seriously need to get them.

Well im back from my holiday in Gran Canaria, absolutely love that place, but 3 weeks away from the box has killed me,
Friday 27th May Crossbox,
Came really close to throwing up, trying to work at the same rate isnt a good idea!!
Tuesday 31st May Crossbox
felt a little easier but my legs were still ruined from Fridays Session.

Thursday 2nd June
Crossfit with TVC
Started with some front squat practice,
20kg, 40kg, 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg - 3 reps on each
Then to finish 100kg - a new PB woohoo =)
WoD consisted of 200m run 30 wallball and 30 power snatch at 40kg, this was a team effort and while 1 person was working the other was resting, I teamed up with Taff and we slugged through 4 rounds in 20 mins,.
Safe to say im pretty stiff this morning,

Saturday 4th,
not really a workout but as we were at the box cleaning I thought I would play with some Deadlifts.
Havnt done DL for a long, long time, last pb was 140kg,
so started at 100 and went up in 10's got up to 160kg.
Might have been able to go heavier but didint want to push it, espcially as my lower back was aching to buggery after the front squats on Thursday.
Still a good result for me.
